2. Purpose

LiraProtect offers digital AI guidance about the home, traditions of home protection, materials, objects and symbols, and possible improvements. You can talk to Lira, share photos, request reports and organise them in My home. Subscription features and limits are explained in Terms. Technical incidents may temporarily affect availability; detected issues are communicated by the application.

3. Responsible use

Use the website lawfully and in good faith with content you are entitled to use. Do not impersonate others, provide unlawful or unnecessary sensitive information, attempt unauthorised access or evade limits. Keep passwords private and report issues to maryalejandrasanchezg@gmail.com.

4. Intellectual property and images

Names, design, texts and other content may be protected by our or third-party rights; availability grants no general exploitation licence. Ambient design images, including AI-generated images, are illustrative, not client homes, testimonials, guaranteed results or real transformations. Users retain their applicable file rights and grant only permissions necessary for the requested service. AI output is not guaranteed to be exclusive or eligible for registration.

5. Scope of guidance

Suggestions are not an inspection, expert report, medical diagnosis, building project or safety certification. Photos cannot verify structures, installations, access strength, permits or local regulations. Consult qualified professionals and obtain required permissions. In emergencies contact local emergency services.

6. Availability and responsibility

Maintenance, failures, quotas or free-hosting suspension can interrupt service. Known issues should be communicated and addressed. Guidance limitations do not exclude legally required responsibility or non-waivable consumer rights. Absolute freedom from errors or risks is not guaranteed.

7. External links and law

External sites have their own terms. The owner is established in Spain; applicable Spanish and European rules include the LSSI-CE, GDPR and LOPDGDD where relevant, without prejudice to mandatory protections in a consumer’s place of residence. No jurisdiction clause removes a consumer’s legal venue rights.
