Open Profile and describe what you need in the requests section. It is recorded for administration; it is not an email delivered to a professional and does not confirm guidance availability. Organising your spaces does not require buying a service.

3. Information that helps with an issue

Describe what you tried to do, the message shown and whether you use a phone or computer. You can describe the space without an exact address. Never share passwords, service keys, cards, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive images.

4. Privacy and rights

Write to maryalejandrasanchezg@gmail.com, specifying the right or action you wish to exercise. Only proportionate identity verification will be requested where necessary. Your profile also offers deletion controls. The Privacy policy explains scope and applicable time limits.
